From the address you paid with, so we can find the order. “Refund please” is enough. You don't have to say why - though if you want to, it helps us.
We refund it
Usually the same working day. Always within two. It goes back to the card you paid with, via Stripe.
It lands
Banks take three to ten working days to show it. That bit's them, not us - but if it's been ten and there's nothing, email again and we'll chase it with Stripe.
The full £29.Without an argument.
Any reason. The drafts weren't funny, they didn't sound like you, the wedding was called off, you changed your mind. All fine. We'd rather lose £29 than have you stand up with something you don't believe in.
Any time within 90 days of paying. After that your answers have been deleted, so there's nothing left to refund against - but if there's a genuine problem, email anyway.
The full £29. Including the VAT. No admin fee, no partial refund because you'd already downloaded a draft.
You keep the drafts. We're not going to ask for them back. If one line in there is useful, use it.
If you want to say why.
What we'll do with the reason, if you give one. We tag it against a short list - the drafts weren't good enough, they didn't sound like you, something broke, or you simply changed your mind - and we count them. If one climbs, that's a fault in how we write, and we fix the writing. Your speech and your answers are never read for this; only the reason you typed in the email.
